Welcome home to one of the coveted neighborhoods in our fine city. 3835 9th Street is located in Highland Park and undergoing a massive revival. The shops are bustling and the housing stock is character-filled.
This home was previously owned by an investor who hired a bad contractor to renovate this for a rental. Lots of work was done in 2019 but in 2024 the water pipes burst and flooded much of the finishes that had been installed. As a result, I got a look and bought it right away.
We are adding a bath (total of 2.5) and recreating the main floor to less cobbled spaces. This home will function as well as new by the summer of 2025. This 4-bed home will be great for the next family to call home!
